Purchase Fish Tracker Pro
If you have finished your trial of Fish Tracker Pro, or you already know that you wish to purchase it then you will find the various options open to you listed below.
If you are new to Fish Tracker then you will need to purchase either a single user or network edition.
Single User
Designed to be used by one person on one machine, the backend database is stored locally (typically in an instance of sql Server 2005 express) and only one user may use the program on that computer (irrespective of how many people have accounts on it).
Network Edition
This edition is designed for networked offices with a central server on which resides a copy of SQL. Up to five computers may have a copy of Fish Tracker Pro installed and it will operate for any of the users who are authorised to use those machines.
Standard Support
Each edition of Fish Tracker Pro will automatically receive e mail support for three months from the date that it was first registered (in the case of the network edition this means the date of the first copy to be registered). After the three months has expired you may suscribe to an annual support package which in addition to priority e mail support also entitles you to all upgrades released during your support period. Any upgrade that you download outside of your support period will revert to being a thirty day trial. In the event that you do not wish to take up a support contract you may still request support through our support forum, but priority will always be given to those with a valid support contract.
You may extend your support contract at any time whilst it is still valid at a preferential rate. If your support contract has expired and you wish to renew it (perhaps becuase you have determined that you require one of the new features that has appeared since your support contract expired) then you must pay the renewal rate.
View to Learn does not offer support in an official capacity for either sql, sql express or your operating system, but you afr free to post questions regarding these on our forum and either ourselves or other forum members may be able to assist you. View to Learn will not and cannot warranty the validity of any support obtained in this fashion
